Get Rental Property & College Expense Funding Assistance
Our goal is to provide funds for individuals or families to move into a rental property and in certain circumstances, to support individuals with college expenses. Such funding will typically be paid directly to the party owed and not to the individual receiving the assistance
What We Do?
We provide the up-front funds required for in-need individuals or families to move into a rental property. May also provide periodic help to pay rent as well as college/trade education expenses. Such funding will be paid directly to the landlord or school and not to the person being helped.
What You Do?
You will demonstrate financial need and that you are able to cover your living expenses/financial obligations. You will also sign a detailed agreement where you will agree to certain positive actions for your home or education to demonstrate that you are being responsible and accountable.
What We Both Agree To?
We will timely pay the agreed-to funds and you will comply with all the conditions described in our agreement. You will also immediately notify us of any problems with our housing, rent, or school and we will work to provide help and advice. Your failure to comply will result in default.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
You must demonstrate financial need and demonstrate an ability to cover the rent and/or any additional expenses. You also must sign an agreement to where you accept additional responsibilities to ensure that you are accountable to do right.
