Specific Requirements for College Expense Funding
1. Fully comply with all college and course requirements to remain in good standing.
2. Maintain a specific average grade level or higher.
3. Immediately notify HHYH of any change in circumstance (such as loss of employment) that would keep the Recipient from paying other on-going expenses.
4. Immediately notify HHYH of any change in school status such as class withdrawal
5. Provide Recipient with electronic copies of the class schedule, grade or performance reports, payment obligations, payment receipts, and college information to allow HHYH direct payments and follow-up.
