Specific Requirements For Rental Property Funding

1. Fully comply with all terms of the lease.

2. Maintain the inside and where required outside of the residence in extraordinary good and clean condition.

3. Immediately notify HHYH and if the obligation to repair is the Landlord’s, the Landlord of any damage to the residence such as holes in walls, etc.

4. Immediately notify HHYH of any change in circumstance (such as loss of employment) that would keep the Recipient from paying on-going expenses.

5. Ensure that the Landlord returns the security deposit to HHYH at the termination of the lease.

6. Provide Recipient with electronic copies of the lease documents, payment receipts, and Landlord information to allow HHYH direct payments and follow up.
